Security and peace of mind

This is a closed secure community, controlled by a 24-hour security guard, with constant electronic surveillance by CCTV(security cameras).

Each apartment has its own security system too, with fire and burglar alarms plus an emergency panic button. There is an intercom system which enables residents to talk to security instantly.

It is also possible to link an apartment's panic button to a health or emergency centre if the owner wishes. The residents always know that help is at hand in the unlikely event of a health or security problem.
