Champion Spanish Properties was set up by Mike Champion.
Mike was a pilot in the RAF for 20 years before joining the family business which was sold in 2000. With a wide choice of places abroad to live Mike and his family choose Spain’s Costa del Sol. It has by far the best weather in Europe, skiing at nearby Sierra Nevada, probably more golf courses within easy reach than anywhere else in Europe plus fantastic beaches. Over the last 10 years people can fly from many UK destinations to Malaga on one of the many budget airlines, even the Westcountry is now well served.
He realized that people retiring whether in their 50’s, 60’s, or 70’s not only need good weather and other activities but also, as we get older, reassurance that suitable medical care is available. Quite often people retiring do not want the responsibility of driving themselves and of course they want total security.
To satisfactorily solve all these concerns of the over 50’s Mike has found three unique developments each quite different and at various stages of completion.
